If you have a curiosity for the natural world and the materials nature can provide us with, we invite you to join us at the Kiln + Grain studio to explore the art of Willow weaving. Where you will make ancient skills your own, and weave your very own basket.
Over the course of the workshop you will learn about the properties of willow, how to prepare and handle the materials, and traditional weaving patterns used in basketry and sculptural forms.
We will begin with a pre-made base, in order to focus on the fundamental weaves that create the foundation of any basket, and perfect for those completely new to basketry.

Timings: 11 - 4.30
Payment includes online booking fee of £5. If you are able to book in the shop you will receive a £5 discount- £35
